4. Faith-Based and AI Disclaimer

The Services may include AI-generated responses, insights, summaries, interpretations, or prompts related to faith, scripture, personal growth, or mindset.

These features:

  • Do not constitute religious authority, prophecy, or divine instruction

  • Do not replace pastoral counseling or clergy guidance

  • Do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice

Users are encouraged to seek qualified professionals for serious or sensitive matters.

AI outputs are generated algorithmically based on user input and system logic and should be used with personal discernment.

5. Biometric, Health, and Wearable Integrations

The Services may support optional integrations with third-party wearable devices and platforms, including but not limited to Fitbit and similar biometric tracking providers.

 

Biometric data, such as heart rate or activity metrics:

 

  • Is provided voluntarily by the user

Breakthrough Faith and Works is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice. Any biometric data displayed is dependent on third-party services and device accuracy.

Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms and privacy policies of any third-party wearable or biometric service used in connection with the Services.

 

6. Accounts and Registration

 

Certain features may require account registration.

Each account is intended for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or account access is prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at info@BreakthroughFaithWorks.com.

Pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and available plans are displayed prior to purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other providers. We do not store payment or banking information.

If you purchase through a third-party platform, your transaction is governed by that platform’s terms. We are not responsible for billing disputes, failed payments, or refund processing handled by third-party providers.

Subscription tiers may provide access to features including but not limited to:

  • Advanced AI tools

  • Extended journaling and history tracking

  • Reports, analytics, or life dashboards

  • Premium content or media

 

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Subscription cancellations apply to future billing cycles only. You will retain access through the remainder of your current billing period.

Refunds are governed by the platform through which the purchase was made. Please refer to the applicable provider’s refund policies, including Apple or Google Play.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion where permitted by law.

10. Content and Intellectual Property

All content available through the Services, including text, graphics, audio, video, software logic, AI-generated outputs, dashboards, reports, workflows, branding, and visual identity, is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, resell, scrape, exploit, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without prior written consent.

AI-generated outputs are provided for personal use and do not grant exclusive ownership rights.

 

11. User-Generated Content

Users may submit personal entries, journal content, notes, or reflections.

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to store, process, and display such content solely to operate and improve the Services.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, misleading, obscene, or harmful.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, restrict, or delete content or accounts at our discretion without prior notice.
